Website Terms and Conditions \u2013 icez.life by Hormesis Ltd.
Please read the terms below carefully, as they constitute a binding agreement between you and Hormesis Ltd. (the “Company”), Company No. 516846326
These terms are worded in the masculine form for convenience only, but they apply to all genders.<\/p>\n

1. The Website and Services
The icez.life website (the “Website”) is used to present information about, market and sell the products imported or distributed by Hormesis Ltd. (the “Products”), namely:
Ice baths
Water chillers
Accessories and support services
The Website provides services and information to both private customers and business\/institutional customers.

2. Product Information
All specifications and descriptions on the Website are provided by the Company and are kept up to date to the best of its ability.
The information may contain errors or omissions; the Company will not be liable for any damage caused by errors or omissions.
Product images are for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the images and the actual product.
The Company may update the product range, prices, Website content and stock availability
at any time and without prior notice.
Although Hormesis Ltd. monitors the information and its accuracy, the Company is not responsible for any consequence that may arise from any error, omission, inaccuracy or misleading information appearing on the Website. It is hereby clarified that the Company is not liable for any direct and\/or indirect damage and\/or loss that may result from data presented on this Website.
The Company may replace, change and\/or add products on the Website according to its product range and stock. It is the responsibility of users to pay attention to pricing, which may also change from time to time. The content of the Website is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Company and\/or anyone acting on its behalf.
Product prices do not necessarily reflect the selling prices of the products and are not necessarily the lowest prices for the products. You bear sole responsibility for checking the market prices of the products you are interested in before submitting your offer or order through the Website.
Where the Website contains links to other websites, the Company will not be responsible for the content of those websites or for the information published on them \u2013 including its completeness, accuracy, timeliness and correctness \u2013 or for any other matter related to them. The Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, financial or otherwise, caused as a result of using or relying on information appearing on the Website or on services that users reach through the Website.
3. Placing an Order
Products are selected and ordered through the Website according to the instructions.
An order becomes valid only after it has been received in the system and the payment has been approved.
An order that has not been confirmed by email or phone is not valid.<\/p>\n

4. Registration and Use of the Website
Customers must provide a valid name, ID\/company number, address, phone number and email address.
Providing false or incomplete details may constitute a criminal offense and may lead to cancellation of the order and claims for damages.
The Company may restrict access or refuse service at its sole discretion.<\/p>\n

5. Payment and Delivery
Payment is made by credit card or other agreed means.
All prices on the Website are in ILS (\u20aa) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The stated prices are per individual product.
Delivery options:
Self-pickup from a logistics center
Home delivery
\"\u26a0\ufe0f\" Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Installation costs are charged separately.
Delivery times for private customers: 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated).
The Company may request identification and an ID document upon delivery.
Delivery is subject to delivery areas and to updates by the Company.<\/p>\n

6. Order Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel an order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law:
Within 14 days of receiving the product
Provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging with the invoice
Custom-made products cannot be returned.
Cancellation fee: 5% of the order amount or \u20aa100, whichever is higher.
Shipping costs will not be refunded if the cancellation is not due to a defect in the product.<\/p>\n

7. Privacy and Information Security
The Company keeps users’ details confidential to the best of its ability.
There may be a risk of unauthorized intrusion \u2013 the user waives any claims in respect of such an exceptional event.
Personal details are stored in the Company’s database for the following purposes:
Supplying the products
Service and support
Sending information and mailings with consent
The information may be used for statistics without personal identification.
The Company may disclose information only:
For the purpose of supplying the products
In the event of a violation of the law or pursuant to a court order
In the event of a merger or organizational restructuring, while maintaining identical privacy terms<\/p>\n

8. Warranty and Service
The Company imports and markets the products and is not the manufacturer.
The service on the Website is provided as is (AS IS). You will have no claim, suit or demand against the Company regarding the service’s features, characteristics, limitations or suitability for your needs and requirements.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, fault-free operation of the Website.
Warranty policy:
Private customers:
Chillers \u2013 one-year full warranty
All other products \u2013 six-month warranty
Business\/institutional customers:
Limited warranty only, in accordance with the purchase agreement
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
Physical damage or negligent use
Self-installation or unauthorized installation
Improper use or faulty water\/electrical connection
Use for cold-water immersion is solely the user’s responsibility.
The Company is not liable for any health-related or legal damage resulting from such use.<\/p>\n

9. Cancellation of Sales by the Company
The Company may cancel an order in any of the following cases:
Out of stock or a change of model
Illegal activity or a breach of these terms
A material error in the product details or price
Force majeure or external events that prevent delivery<\/p>\n

10. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Website \u2013 design, texts, images, code, databases and trademarks \u2013 belong solely to the Company.
The content may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
The trademarks on the Website (whether registered or not), the names Hormesis Ltd. and iceZ, and its trademarks are the sole property of the Company. They may not be used without the prior written consent of Hormesis Ltd.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by Israeli law.
Exclusive jurisdiction is vested in the courts of the Tel Aviv District.<\/p>\n

12. Declaration of Consent
By using the Website and placing orders, I confirm that I have read and agree to these terms in full.<\/p>\n
